Whether it is serving a customer at the till more quickly to avoid a long queue at peak times or saving hours every day on stock-taking or managing your product range; this time can now be spent more productively elsewhere.

Training plays a key role.
We can train your team across all the different departments and business roles. This can include front-of-house roles such as cashiers, supervisors and managers, as well as the back-office team including finance, buying, goods-in, IT and marketing. We also help Owners and MD's use the information in their strategic roles too.
Whatever the role, everyone will benefit from having accurate real-time information at their fingertips to bring efficiencies in day-to-day operations and the ability to monitor, react and plan much more quickly.
Whether you are IT-savvy or completely new to a touch screen till - we can help! Training is usually included as part of the initial system implementation but we can also provide it as a service for new staff or as a refresher for your existing team.
Total flexibility
Ours is a totally flexible approach in-line with your own training needs.
We can train you and your team to get the very best from the system across the various roles.
Alternatively, you can opt to nominate a particular member of staff who we will then bring up-to-speed to take on the role of training your wider internal team.
This can be for both existing and new staff and current and future stores and is known as "training -the-trainer".
Refresher training
Refresher training can be useful to provide a recap on a particular area or a new feature. As new team members join, ensuring they are also fully up-to-speed on how to use the system is vital.
Customers who have moved to us for support of their existing Microsoft RMS system have also found refresher training really helpful.
Training can be carried out at your site or at our Derby offices - whichever is best for you.
We don't have a set training programme; instead we prefer to tailor the content to your particular needs and pace.
