Using the customer loyalty and promotions features or Amazon and eBay integrations, you can gain even more sales from your existing and new customers.
The hand held processing feature makes stock taking even quicker, reducing the time taken by hours and often days. It also streamlines the goods-in process, reducing the time from receipt to being on sale in-store and avoiding empty shelves and the potential for a lost sale.
The integrated EFT (electronic point of sale) for chip and pin payments helps minimise queues at the tills during busy times. By removing the use of separate PDQ machines, it reduces the time to complete sales transactions whilst also improving customer service and removing the risk of lost sales through customers abandoning their baskets or trolleys at peak times, not wishing to queue.
