Systems Consultancy & Implementation
Business Application related services not including development and training. Consultancy is typically defined as service provided before the actual system implementation begins however the fundamental activities involved in both are very similar. They include, but are not limited to, analysis and advice on business practices, data preparation, set up and configuration and the avoidance of productivity traps and other forms of troubleshooting.
Business Application Training
Service to impart information to enable client staff to utilise the functions of the solution being delivered including Pegasus Opera II, Operations II, XRL, DMpro, DRL bespoke software plus other 3rd party applications.
Project Management
Services involving on site meetings to schedule tasks but also the behind the scenes organisation and communication tasks including procurement and resource allocation. This service is primarily provided by the Operations Director with the assistance of his team and associated staff.
