Customer Loyalty
This module provides the ability to build a flexible customer loyalty program setup which can be used in one store, or across the whole enterprise. Limits can be set on maximum values to be applied thus controlling the discount being applied to the customer. This is also a great way of enticing customers back in the store to take advantage of their points rather than spending all the points in one visit. Limits can also be set on a minimum transaction spend before points are applied.
Create a Loyalty Program that Fits Your Needs.
In addition to marketing and promotions, every good business should build a strong bond with their customers by rewarding them for frequent purchases. The Customer Loyalty Module allows you to setup loyalty plans that encourage customers to come back time and time again, while allowing you to monitor the plans' success.
Easy Loyalty Plan Setup
Simply decide how you'd like your loyalty plan to work and go through the easy setup screens to make it happen. Assign each item with a type of accrual (quantity or value based) and a factor (1 point per pound / quantity, 2 points per pound / quantity, etc.) then follow-up with the setup of when and what type of accrual you will offer, as well as when, what type, and the value of point redemption you will give your customers. Each accrual will also be accompanied by a pre-set reason code for future reporting.
Loyalty Cards
The use of Custom Loyalty cards with the Customer Loyalty module is a great way to get your logo in your customers' hands, and always remind them about the fact that there is a benefit for doing their shopping with you. Cards are available in any quantity.
Customer Points
Customer loyalty points are kept in a secure table in the database and can be viewed and modified as necessary, based on security level. At the point of sale, any transaction with redeemable points on it will pop up a notification screen, which prompts the cashier to advise the customer of their current balance of points and value, and allow them to choose whether they would like to use the available points for the current transaction or save them for later use. A simple click of a button applies the points to the transaction or continues with the transaction without applying points based on the customer's choice.
