Garden Centres Flourish with New Retail-Management Solution
Tracking and updating 45,000 SKUs of seasonally shifting, annually updated merchandise took long hours but seemed part of the job to Martin Stewart's willing GardenLands and Country Garden Centre staff. As Managing Director, Stewart had charged each department manager to run his/her own profit centre and make the most of buying, pricing, and business decisions.
