Our customers' feedback really matters
Their feedback is invaluable. It keeps us on our toes to ensure we provide the very best service and is often a great source of ideas for our technical team to draw upon for new features. Whether it is feedback as to how a particular report or module has saved hours (or even days!) with a particular task such as entering in new products or stock taking, or how a new element such as customer loyalty has increased sales, it is always great to hear.
It is also really important for us to understand why our customers chose us and our solutions over our competitors. What were the deciding factors? When asked, the overall response is clear ...

We are always keen to arrange for you to speak with our existing customers so that you can hear their feedback and comments for yourself.
For some of our customers ours was the first EPoS retail system they installed, whilst others previously used a different system. For most if not all, getting the level and quality of support they needed and expect, not just when the system is first installed but day in, day out, was a key factor.
Some of our customers were previously with other partners for Microsoft RMS having moved to us for better support, service, our extra features for the solution or our ability to look after their needs for the long-term.
