Based in the USA, POSitive Technology is the world's largest partner for Microsoft RMS. They provide our award winning RMSynergy range of features which enrich Microsoft RMS even further for their customers in the USA and Canada.
Together we are the co-authors of OpSuite, the new on-line centralised management and reporting application for the Microsoft retail solutions which allows users to access the system remotely from anywhere in the world using a standard web browser. Its powerful real-time dash boards and notifications ensure you and your team can react immediately to business opportunities and problems.
SysRepublic
SysRepublic provide loss prevention, integration and real-time solutions for leading blue chip grocery retailers.
Real Time Integrator (RTI) is one of their solutions and we have worked with SysRepublic to bring these benefits to Microsoft RMS known as RMS RTI. For retailers with multiple sites, RMS RTI provides real-time information to the headquarters and stores for all sales and stock changes. Rather than waiting for all stores to poll changes in sequence, RMS RTI updates the system with the particular changes immediately as they happen. The result is real-time accurate information upon which business decisions can be made quickly and with greater confidence.

Microsoft RMS store operations and headquarters software can run on either a back-office PC-based server or a SQL server dependent on your particular size, environment and requirements.
For larger single sites or for retailers with multiple sites and a headquarters, a back-office SQL server is typically used to ensure stability, reliability and speed of use.
We provide back-office PC-based and SQL servers and use HP (Hewlett Packard). As every retailer and environment is different, we welcome the opportunity to understand your particular needs in order for us to be able to advise as to the server options available.
EPoS till hardware
Dependent on the specification of any existing EPoS till hardware, sometimes this is suitable for re-use with Microsoft RMS, subject to further discussion and inspection on-site.
For those requiring new EPoS till hardware, we can provide integrated or modular tills based upon your personal preference or the physical layout and space available in-store.
We use the J2 Retail Systems 650 integrated touch screen EPoS till hardware for use with Microsoft RMS which is both reliable and robust.

Integrated EFT chip and pin
Integrated EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) chip & pin handles credit and debit card payments as part of the sales transaction at the till. It removes the need to gain payment authorisation using a separate PDQ machine; reducing the transaction time at the till point as well as providing secure and reliable payment authorisation.
We provide different EFT chip and pin payment solutions which integrate with Microsoft RMS based upon the particular requirements or environment. We are the authors of both the VeriFone and Yes Pay EFT chip and pin integrations which are now their standard solutions for Microsoft RMS. These are suitable for card-present and card-not-present transactions for retail, kiosks, hospitality, mail order and eCommerce.

Hand held processing for Microsoft RMS can streamline your stock management processes even further. Features for booking in goods, stock taking, price checking and queue busting at peak times are all included.
We use the Motorola MC3000 hand held devices with the gun configuration to provide fast, reliable data capture in real-time; allowing your team to complete activities with greater speed and accuracy.
Address & data capture
Capscan provide addressing software with real-time data capture and returns details provided from a postcode. Products include Zapcode which is available to use with Microsoft RMS.
