Established in 1977 by David Goodley, we've been providing solutions for nearly 40 years. David's son, Richard, has been MD since 2002 and with the other Directors they have a hands-on management approach. The company is based upon "old fashioned" values: honesty, integrity, value for money and service.

Based at our offices in Derby, from our overall team of 30+ staff, over 70% are directly involved in technical and support delivery roles for our customers. We believe that ratio to be significantly higher than the industry standard and in real terms this is a practical demonstration of our commitment to provide our customers with the greatest value for money available in the market.

We understand that every retailer is different so ours isn't a "cookie cutter" approach. Introducing OpSuite

OpSuite is our cloud based back office and HQ management retail solution. In development since 2008, unlike other cloud solutions it's built from the ground up to be totally flexible, open and ready to connect to other software and reducing the need to "rip out and replace". OpSuite also helps retailers provide a consistent customer experience across all retail touch points: in store, store kiosk, online, mobile phone/tablet, catalogue or customer service/sales. Designed to take full advantage of the cloud technology, security and costs savings, it truly is cloud hosted as opposed to on premise traditional software which is "hoisted" into the cloud.
