We know just how important service and support are too - not just when you first went live with the system but day in, day out. We plan to enhance the support area of our website soon to add to the service we provide. Watch this space.

An eye to the future

The list of our RMSynergy modules to enrich Microsoft RMS just keeps on growing in response to your requests as well as us taking advantage of the latest IT technologies too. Watch this space for OpSuite, the hosted headquarters that will be launched later this year.

For those of you perhaps looking to upgrade your existing hardware or planning to open new stores, we look forward to hearing from you so we can tell you about our SolaaS scheme. SolaaS stands for Solution as a Service and allows you to spread the costs over 3 years to reduce the initial financial outlay which we recognise can sometimes cause a delay in the project timing. SolaaS is our way of bringing you the benefits of upgrading your software, hardware or opening a new store, sooner rather than later.
